About This Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore:

This is a site-based full-time role for civil engineers with strong project planning background. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning, scheduling, and monitoring of construction activities at our Bangalore sites.

 

Key Responsibilities for Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore:

– Prepare detailed project planning & scheduling for high-rise residential towers using Primavera P6 for this Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore

– Develop Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress reports for management review

– Handle complete resource planning including manpower, material, and machinery tracking

– Coordinate with site execution teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely completion

– Monitor project timelines, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans with catch-up schedules

– Review drawings, BOQ, and prepare micro-scheduling for critical activities

– Conduct delay analysis and extension of time claims documentation

– Attend client meetings and present project status using dashboards

 

Mandatory Requirements for Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore:

– Experience: 3 to 8 Years in site planning for residential, commercial, or high-rise projects

– Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory for Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore

– Location: Site Based in Bangalore. Candidates should be ready for site posting

– Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience in Primavera P6, MS Project, MSP Scheduling

– Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodology, CPM, PERT, and project monitoring tools

– Communication: Good coordination skills for liasing with execution, QA/QC, and procurement teams

 

Software Skills Required for Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore:

– Primavera P6 Professional – Advanced level mandatory

– MS Project – Project creation and baseline management

– MS Excel – Advanced formulas, pivot tables for progress tracking

– AutoCAD – Basic drawing reading for planning purpose

– Project Monitoring Tools – Experience with any ERP based PM software

 

Salary & Benefits for Planning Engineer Jobs in Bangalore:

– Salary: Rs 6,00,000 to Rs 8,00,000 per annum based on experience and interview
