Site Supervisor Job Mumbai – Urgent Hiring for Kurla & Kandivali 2026

Job Responsibilities for Site Supervisor Job Mumbai:
– Oversee day to day construction activities at site and manage labour teams for this Site Supervisor Job Mumbai
– Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per project specifications and drawings
– Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to monitor daily progress
– Maintain quality standards and check material quality across the project lifecycle
– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks
– Resolve on-site technical and manpower issues to meet project timelines efficiently
– Maintain daily progress reports and update management regularly
– Check BOQ and verify bills submitted by contractors
– Handle client communication at site level when required
Requirements for Site Supervisor Job Mumbai:
– Experience: 1 to 5 years in construction / civil site supervision / interior fit-out projects
– Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E / B.Tech Civil preferred. ITI candidates with good experience can also apply for this Site Supervisor Job Mumbai
– Must be able to handle site independently without supervision
– Knowledge of AutoCAD, construction drawings reading and measurement is a must
– Should have knowledge of material like plywood, hardware, paint, POP, flooring
– Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting
– Should be comfortable working in Mumbai at Kurla & Kandivali sites
– Two wheeler preferred for site-to-site movement
Salary & Benefits:
– Salary: Best in Industry as per experience and interview. Expected range 25,000 to 45,000 per month for this Site Supervisor Job Mumbai
