CBRE Is Looking For Professionals Civil Engineers.

CBRE is looking for a professional Civil Engineers with experience in Investment Risk Monitoring Services and QS.

Criteria are as below:

1. Year of experience into QS and Investment Risk Monitoring services should be – 3 – 7 Years.
2. Should be well versed with quantification as per IS Code.
3. Should be well versed with quantification from A- CAD Drawings.
4. Excel Proficiency is must.
5. Should be a team player.
6. Project experience – High rise premium

residential, Plotted and commercial.

7. Should have experience in creating reports like DPR, WPR and MPR Reports with graphs and Pivot tables.
8. Proficiency in monitoring site progress, validation of Bills, review of site physical construction progress along with reconciliation and project cost review
9. Qualification – Diploma/ B.Tech -PG in

construction management will add on
